Over the past decade, I’ve developed a unique methodology that is powerful and transformational in which I combined my training as a chef, my expertise as a health and wellness editor, and my years of personal and professional development.

My clients describe me as warm and nurturing, creating a safe space to explore their relationship with food. Yet, they know they can count on me to laser in, talk straight, and not step over anything.

I know what my clients are going through because I’ve been there myself. I spent twenty years struggling with my relationship to food. Whether I was dieting, binging, or simply obsessing over the “right” way to eat, food was a constant battle. And though I had short-term successes, nothing ever lasted. It took a long time for me to realize that my self-sabotage was a symptom of something deeper.

Everyone’s journey is different, and what you eat is only one part of the equation. Equally important is knowing what truly drives your behavior. Most likely, you already know what to do. The problem isn’t a lack of knowledge. The problem is that, for whatever reason, you’re not doing it.

This is where I come in.

I’ll work with you to identify the roots of your behavior so that you can make lasting changes in your life. When you work with me, you get results. I’m with you every step of the way.

I am a life coach, wellness expert, chef, and music lover. Now that I have a full, delicious life, I want everyone else to have one, too.
